RYA Basic Sea Survival

RYA Basic Sea Survival course is a one-day course that prepares you to stay alive in an emergency. The course is designed to teach you how to make the best use of a life raft and learn some basic survival techniques. The course covers topics such as life rafts and the equipment they contain, survival techniques, lifejackets, medical aspects of sea survival, search and rescue techniques. The course is based partly in the classroom and partly in a swimming pool. The course is ideal for those who want to learn basic sea survival techniques. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a RYA Basic Sea Survival Certificate.

Location

This course will be delivered at our premises at 18 Grays Hill, Bangor, BT20 3BB as well as another location (location will be communicated prior to course) for the water-based element.

Minimum Numbers

There are a minimum number required to operate the course, we will contact you if a course is under-subscribed to offer you an alternative date or refund.
