The Start Yachting course is a basic introductory course for beginners who want to learn how to sail. The course runs over a two-day weekend and is designed to teach you the basics of sailing, including steering a yacht, sail handling, rope work, and safety onboard and is run from Bangor Marina. The course is ideal for those who have no prior experience in sailing and want to learn the basics of sailing. Wet weather gear is available for use free of charge during the course but please dress warmly.
